B&RのACOPOS 6Dは、製造現場に新たな技術革新をもたらします。このシステムは磁気浮上シャトルを利用し、製品を自由に移動させることで従来の搬送システムの制約を克服します。小バッチ生産に最適で、多様なデザインやサイズの製品に対応可能です。  
　  
ACOPOS 6Dの最大の特徴は、磁気浮上技術による効率的な運搬です。240×240mmのモーターセグメントで最大4つのシャトルを同時に制御、スペースを大幅に節約し機械の小型化と生産性向上を実現します。  
　  
またシャトルは摩擦面がなく衛生的でメンテナンスが容易です。さらに各シャトルには個別のIDが割り当てられ、正確な位置決めが実現されます。これにより特に電子部品の組み立てなど、厳しい精度が求められるアプリケーションに適しています。
